Position: Contract Billing Assistant

Contract and invoice set up

Assist with property tax

Assist with billing meetings

Accounting and prior billing experience required

Word and Excel knowledge

Contract Billing Assistant

Qualifications:

Experience in billing, invoicing, or administrative work involving contracts or financial documentation.

Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data accurately.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and customers regarding billing issues.

High school diploma required; additional administrative or accounting experience preferred but not mandatory.
