Job DescriptionThe Executive Administrator III provides administrative support for two key Safety and Health programs (PSMS and WMS) within the Upstream organization. This role requires local presence in Midland and is based full-time in office.
Main FunctionsProvides administrative support to executive or senior level individuals. Responsibilities include managing and screening calls, scheduling meetings and coordinating schedules, making travel and meeting arrangements, creating correspondence, and preparing reports and financial data. Handles additional administrative tasks as necessary. Interfaces with resources across departments and represents the executive officer in a highly professional manner. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are mandatory.
Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
- Provide administrative support for safety and health programs (PSMS and WMS).
- Gain proficiency in information management systems such as Enablon and eV&V.
- Build basic reports and analyze trend data using system tools and Microsoft products.
- Utilize tracking data to monitor the performance of safety programs.
- Verify data accuracy and capture action items as required.
- Note and document meeting outcomes and communications.
- Collaborate effectively with operations and other internal teams.
- Deliver strong customer service with a problem-solving and motivated mindset.
- Apply critical thinking skills to administrative processes.
- Work quickly, take initiative, and drive assignments with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in information management systems (e.g., Enablon, eV&V) and Microsoft products.

- Accurate data verification and excellent administrative skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Local to Midland, TX and able to work in-office, Monday through Friday.
- Experience with Power BI.
