Pay: The full salary range for this position is $16.50 - $26.45/hr the anticipated starting pay is $19 - 22/hr. (DOE), determined by factors such as skills, experience, and organizational considerations. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

80 Hours of PTO front loaded on day one

What You’ll Do
  • Process Daily Transactions:
    Handle daily check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule.
  • Audit Car Deals:
    Review deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.
  • Track and Report Issues:
    Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Store Operations:
    Work with store teams and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
  • Assist with Accounting Schedules:
    Help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
  • Cross-Train and Provide Backup:
    Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions when needed.
  • Meet Performance Standards:
    Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

Qualifications
  • Prior automotive dealership and CDK experience preferred
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • 18 years or older
