Responsibilities- Review prior year work papers and interim financial statements before engagement start
- Perform audit procedures for moderately complex areas
- Draft management letter comments supported by factual evidence and client discussions
- Maintain knowledge of client policies, procedures, and business conditions
- Understand client accounting practices and transactions, and assess controls in accounting systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
- 150 CPA credits completed before full‑time start date
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Plan to complete the CPA exam within two years of employment with Rehmann
- Strong Excel skills and advanced problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership experience or initiative in work or extracurriculars
- Willingness to travel to client locations and easy to coach
- Integrity and enthusiasm for continuous learning
