Summary:
Smart Chemical Services is seeking a detail-oriented Biller with Oil & Gas experience to prepare and process accurate customer invoices in accordance with contracts and pricing agreements.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Verify billing data (volumes, rates, taxes, adjustments)
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate billing records
- Assist with month-end billing activities
- 1–3 years of billing or accounting experience (Oil & Gas preferred)
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas billing practices
- Proficiency in Excel and billing/accounting systems
