You will work directly with local business owners, providing valuable insurance solutions that protect employees and their families while building long-term client relationships.

• Develop and manage relationships with local businesses
• Present supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and employees
• Build and grow a dedicated sales territory
• Deliver exceptional service and ongoing client support
• Mentor and lead team members as you advance into leadership

• $70K – $150K+ first-year earning potential
• $80K – $170K+ for candidates with management experience
