Requirements

Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

Active Michigan RN license (LARA/Nursys verified)

AHA BLS & ACLS (active)

Cath Lab RN experience - REQUIRED

Interventional Radiology experience - Preferred

Electrophysiology experience (1+ year) - Preferred

Cardiac rhythm interpretation - Preferred

Knowledge of intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) - Preferred

Epic EMR experience - Preferred

Travel experience - Preferred

Non-local candidates only (50-mile radius restriction)

2 recent supervisory references & Cath Lab skills checklist

All scheduling requests must be submitted upfront

Job Description

The Cath Lab RN provides comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after angiography, interventional cardiology, and cardiac catheterization procedures. This role includes patient assessment, procedural support, sedation monitoring, documentation, post-procedure recovery, and patient education. The RN also scrubs in during procedures and collaborates closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
