Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Midland, Michigan.

• MICU registered nurses (RNs) are part of the medical team in an adult critical care unit providing comprehensive care for critically ill medical patients with a variety of diagnoses. The MICU RN provides excellent care for patients with pulmonary problems through monitoring and treatment for those requiring high-frequency ventilation and continuous renal replacement therapy. The MICU patient population typically includes ARDS, COPD, Asthma, Pneumonia, End-stage renal disease, Multi-system organ failure, Diabetes, Sepsis and GI bleed.
  
  MICU nurses also provide emotional support for patients and their families, and educate patients and their families on how to manage post-treatment home care needs.
