JOB DESCRIPTION :
- EMR: EPIC
- Number of OR Rooms: 12
- Provider will be working with all ages.
- Client is looking for full time coverage!
- No call required.
- OR volume is high. 11 OR rooms booked 7am-5pm or 7am-7pm, 4 off site locations and 3 ambulatory OR rooms
- Case mix is 6 months old and up. Peds are healthy ent and dental
- All specialties with the exception of open heart
- 60 day credentialing timeframe
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- NBCRNA - Required
- MI license or IMLC - Required
- BLS and ACLS - Required
- PALS - preferred
- Must be available full time to be considered- 4 10s per week
- Required
