• Lead and support a team of custodians, ensuring cleaning standards are met consistently
• Assign daily tasks and adjust priorities as needed
• Inspect work areas for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff
• Communicate effectively with district supervisors and team members
• Secure buildings at shift’s end, including locking all doors and setting alarm systems
