We are seeking an Engineering Adjunct Instructor to teach introductory engineering courses in Careers in Engineering and Engineering Design & Analysis.
- Understanding of and ability to work with a diverse student population
- Use of email, internet-based resources, and common Office software
- Ability to teach in a variety of formats, including incorporating online learning systems
- Understanding of ADA requirements and willingness to create accessible materials
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field:
Manufacturing, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, other Engineering disciplines - 3 years minimum work experience in related field
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field: other Engineering disciplines
- Teaching experience at the community college level
