McLaughlin Optometry has an opportunity at our Midland location for a full- or part-time Optometrist who focuses on patient-centered care to ensure excellent eye health. In this role, you will provide comprehensive eye care services, recommend vision-enhancing products, and promote good eye health through patient education. We seek a team player with strong clinical skills and a patient-first attitude.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as compassion for patient health and safety. • Previous direct patient care experience.
• Experience in primary care optometry.
• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree.
• Valid state license to practice optometry in Michigan.

• Must be T.P.A./D.P.A. certified.
