To lead an anointed, organized, energetic worship ministry with excellence that helps people touch Heaven and be touched by Heaven. To help people encounter God through worship.

The Worship Team Lead will report directly to the Lead Pastor. He/she will work alongside and in connection with the CCC staff.

Following the vision of CCC’s leadership, the Worship Team Lead will provide leadership & support for CCC’s worship ministries.

• Be committed to helping the Lead Pastor by leading your area well, and being aware of opportunities to release him to focus on his main areas of ministry.
• Provide praise and worship leadership on Sunday mornings & special services.
  • Hit the key targets of Prayer Preparation, Energy/Passion, Intensity, and Quality
• Plan & oversee the teams and worship lists for these events.
• Lead team meetings, trainings and practices.
• Develop and raise up others to help you lead.
• Oversee the music budget which is being invested for the development, resourcing, and implementation of our worship experiences.
• Assist the other pastors/ministries, when possible, in developing and mentoring people for worship ministry.
• Encourage, Equip, Empower people for worship ministry
• Love and care for those involved in the worship ministry.
• Facilitate music for funerals at CCC, when needed.
• Facilitate worship music at the monthly Global Prayer Initiative and special services.
• Work closely with CCC’s Media Pastor.

• Be a committed part as a family to this local body of believers.
• Anything else needed by the Lead Pastor.
