👥 About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll deliver person-centred, outcome-focused support, helping individuals grow in confidence, independence and wellbeing.

Your day-to-day role will include:
✔ Providing practical and emotional support to adults with mental health and complex needs
✔ Encouraging independence through daily living skills and positive routines
✔ Supporting community involvement, education, volunteering and employment
✔ Responding calmly, confidently and positively to challenges
✔ Maintaining accurate records and working closely with colleagues and professionals
✔ Working flexibly across a 7-day rota, including day and night shifts
