Software Engineer, Cloud Engineer - Software

This is a key engineering hire who will play a central role in that transformation.

• Lead the design and development of new microservices in Node.js, helping break apart a mission‑critical monolith.
• Build serverless applications and event‑driven systems on AWS.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and senior leadership to translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions.
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability across the platform.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, coding standards, and modernization strategy.
• Support and gradually deprecate legacy .NET components as new services come online.

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend fundamentals and experience with Node.js (or willingness to ramp quickly).

• Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, and cloud‑native patterns.
