As a Software Engineer II, you will contribute to this culture by building scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving our development practices.
B.S. degree in IT-related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
Experience- 4+ years of experience writing complex web applications using C#, ASP.NET, RESTful and similar web services.
- Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining server hosted web applications and services.
- Experience developing Azure Functions, serverless applications, and other cloud-native artifacts in Microsoft Azure or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and frameworks to enhance development productivity, code quality, and software delivery efficiency.
- ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Azure AI services, or similar).
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, Logic Apps, containerized services, and cloud-native data stores.
- Experience with Empower LOS.
Participate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures and pricing on an ongoing basis. Participate in sales leadership and FAQ calls. Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Design, code, and test components to make systems that are cost effective, scalable, high performance, and reusable.
- Modify existing software to conform to changing requirements, correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Integrate AI tools and services to improve development efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver innovative technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption to solve business challenges.
Attend and participate in all Monthly Awards Ceremonies, Corporate Gatherings and Training Events. Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and developments.
