Job Description: As a Domino’s Pizza Assistant Manager, your success is vital to our business. You will receive training in the fundamentals of product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring. In a fast‑paced environment, you will learn to “Handle the Rush” and develop leadership skills to build and lead a team. Plenty of opportunity for growth within the company.
Compensation: $16 to $18 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop the store team.
- Apply training on product quality, sanitation, and operational procedures.
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring.
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations and “handle the rush.”
- Drive team performance and foster a positive work culture.
- Support opportunities for career advancement.
