Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods using ovens and/or other equipment;
Answers questions and recommends bakery items to members;
Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments;
Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, etc.;
Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety and product handling policies
