• Serve as the primary customer interface for project implementation and execution
• Provide end‑to‑end ownership of projects, including defining scope, establishing timelines, managing budgets and delivering results
• Set project goals that align with customer and company objectives and develop and implement plans to meet those goals
• Manage and coordinate internal project team members, assigning responsibilities and driving accountability
• Oversee third‑party contractors and subcontractors, managing schedules, dependencies and quality compliance, approving invoices and monitoring financial impact against the project budget
• Conduct risk assessments and risk mitigation for projects
• Use CRM or other project management tools to track and document project schedule, progress, priorities, activities, milestones and risks
• Prepare and deliver progress reports and lead internal and external meetings to discuss project goals, progress and solutions

• Requirements gathering and integration of external systems
• Material production, configuration, installation and testing
• System documentation & training
• Software enhancement, configuration and deployment
• Network integration and testing
• QA/SVT testing of hardware and software
• Acceptance testing with customer and operational cutover to new system

• Minimum of five (5) years experience managing multi‑faceted technical projects
• A four (4) year business or technical degree; PMP certification is beneficial but not required
• Working knowledge of software development, integration and technical networking is desirable
• Ability to work independently and across multiple disciplines including contracts, sales, finance and technical teams
• Experience interfacing directly with customers and subcontractors regarding project implementations
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Proficient use of MS Project, CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written, verbal and briefing skills

This position requires an FBI background investigation. Travel will be required – typically 1‑3 weeks per project.
