Responsibilities
  • Support daily resident care and assist with activities of daily living.
  • Administer prescribed medications and document accurately.
  • Communicate changes in patient status to supervising nurses and physicians.
  • Participate in care planning and perform routine assessments.
  • Monitor vital signs and promptly escalate concerns.
  • Help create a warm, safe environment that respects residents  preferences and promotes wellness.
  • Expand clinical scope with mentorship and opportunities to gain expertise in wound care, delirium management, infection control, palliative support, and rehabilitation-assisted activities.
Compensation, Perks & Support

Compensation and perks are designed to support you as you focus on excellent patient care. The weekly pay range for this assignment is $1,335 to $1,407, with guaranteed 40.0 hours per week for a weeks-long engagement beginning on 01/12/2026. In addition to competitive pay, you may receive a sign-on bonus, housing assistance or stipends, and opportunities for contract extensions to align with your career goals.

Comprehensive travel support is available, including 24/7 assistance while you’re on assignment, ensuring you have reliable access to resources, coordination, and care coordination support at all times. The role also includes ongoing clinical support, credentialing guidance, and access to continuing education resources to help you broaden your expertise and advance within the LTC landscape.
