Primarily responsible for managing the pipeline of loans for closing and funding.
Qualifications Required- College degree or equivalent
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Word & Excel
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Preparing closing documents.
- Approving final HUD.
- QC review of executed legal documents.
- Time request of loan proceeds.
- Work closely with Underwriters, Loan officers and Title agents.
- Performing such duties and assuming other responsibilities as may be assigned.
- Complete loan closing check list.
- Review and update data in empower to insure accuracy of the loan closing package.
- Generate closing package and send to closing agent.
- Warehouse Loan.
- Create Collateral Package.
- Review signed closing package for errors.
- Update and correct any errors.
