Closing Officer

Primarily responsible for managing the pipeline of loans for closing and funding.

Qualifications

Required:

College degree or equivalent
Proficient skills with Microsoft Word & Excel

Qualifications Desired:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
Preparing closing documents.
Approving final HUD.
QC review of executed legal documents.
Time request of loan proceeds.
Work closely with Underwriters, Loan officers and Title agents.
Performing such duties and assuming other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Complete loan closing check list.
Review and update data in empower to insure accuracy of the loan closing package.
Generate closing package and send to closing agent.
Warehouse Loan.
Create Collateral Package.
Review signed closing package for errors.
Update and correct any errors.
