STARTING RATE - $22.00 per hour
Current positions are located in Middletown, Barrington or Tiverton
School Behavior Specialists are responsible for providing therapeutic support and behavior modification to children in their school setting. Employees help develop a child’s classroom support plan to address the development of behavioral, communication, social, and functional adaptive skills to assist the child’s ability to be successful at school.
As a School Behavior Specialist, you will help a child learn:
- Daily life skills for their everyday routines
- Positive behaviors and coping skills
- Social awareness and social skills

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience working with children
- Minimum Associates Degree;
Bachelor's preferred - Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Access to and provision of an insured and inspected automobile on an ongoing basis.
- Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, CPI and other required trainings as necessary.
