Social Worker; Part Time

Oak Hill Village is now hiring a Part Time Social Worker.

The Social Worker is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative of the residents’ social interests and assisting in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department.

Qualifications of Social Worker:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
• Licensure or certification as a social worker in the state of PA
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred
• Excellent communication skills
