As an Equipment Rental Specialist
, you will serve as the company’s front‑line contact with customers, supporting telephone and walk‑in inquiries for all types of construction/industrial equipment. Your responsibilities include understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and delivering customer satisfaction through professional communication.

• Develop skills for career growth through an inside sales or operational management career track.
• Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime.
• Work with an incredible team to meet customer needs.
• Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
• Maintain strong customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Demonstrate solid computer and administrative skills.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as necessary.

Base Pay Range: $21.38 - $25.38 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position, location, education, training, and experience.
