Spring Hills Middletown – Middletown, OH 45005. Part‑time. 6:00 am–6:00 pm. Base pay: $30.00/hr.

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑quality nursing care to our residents. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well‑being of our residents, administer medications, and assist with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Patient care: deliver nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans and assist with daily living activities.
• Medication administration: administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Health monitoring: assess and document residents’ health status, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Collaboration:
  
  work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to coordinate resident care.
• Education:
  
  provide education and support to residents and families regarding health management and wellness.

• Valid LPN license in Ohio.
• Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in assisted living or a similar setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
