- Configure, roll out, and support the Epic HIM team, including planning, testing, and implementing Epic EMR software
- Analyze and determine system requirements while performing workflow analysis and user experience evaluations
- Provide guidance and support to end‑users, enhancing their use of Epic and resolving system issues
- Design and implement operational solutions for Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) and other related processes
- Manage small to medium projects independently and conduct problem‑solving and root cause analysis
- Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
- Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree
- Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
- Strong understanding of Health Information Management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Health Information Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
- Epic HIM exposure and certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles
