This position will be part of the AEROSPACE, DEFENSE & MARINE (AD&M) BUSINESS UNIT

The location for this position is Middletown, PA (Street Address: 2900 FULLING MILL Rd, MIDDLETOWN, PA)

At TE Connectivity, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as an Intern in the Aerospace Defense & Marine Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:

• Taking ownership of your own project(s), applying the skills you've learned throughout the summer to deliver meaningful benefits to project sponsors
• Supporting our Product Management team in strategic and tactical initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional departments like Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Customer Care
• Documenting your results and present a summary to the Product Management showcase team, demonstrating the impact of your work

• Conduct comprehensive research on main competitors, industry applications, and market trends
• Drive a marketing initiatives focused on enhancing sales and customer resources
• Lead a continuous improvement project utilizing the TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) philosophy

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $20.01 – $42.48/hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
