If you're energized by solving real problems, managing aggressive timelines, and collaborating across Engineering, Innovation, and Operations, this role offers visibility, impact, and meaningful ownership.
What You'll DoAs a Project Engineer, you will lead multiple projects that directly support operational performance, innovation, and growth.

- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet tight business timelines
- Lead multiple concurrent projects that vary in size, complexity, and technical scope
- Apply strong engineering fundamentals to design practical, safe, and cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Innovation, Operations, vendors, and external partners
- Execute hands‑on tasks when required to keep projects progressing
- Develop and maintain project plans using established PMI methodologies and project management tools
- Work in 2D and 3D CAD to review designs, recommend improvements, and provide technical documentation
- Direct and coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure alignment with engineering designs
- Travel to multiple sites as needed to support project execution and launches (up to ~20%)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related roles
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope
- Strong understanding of project management best practices and PMI frameworks
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High adaptability and comfort learning new systems, tools, and technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels
- Must be able to fly both domestically and internationally and able to obtain a valid passport
- CAPM or PMP certification
- Experience with AutoCAD (2D) and Solid Edge (3D)
- Spanish language capability
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Project management platforms (Smartsheet preferred)
- CAD tools for design review and documentation
Physical Requirements
- Hybrid office and manufacturing environment with close proximity to production areas
- Regular interaction with the manufacturing floor
- Ability to stand, walk, and move through production environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally, with reasonable accommodations available
This is not a passive coordination role. You'll have real ownership, visibility with stakeholders, and the opportunity to influence how projects are designed, launched, and scaled across the organization. If you enjoy building momentum, bringing structure to complexity, and seeing your work come to life on the production floor, this role delivers impact.
