• 1. Baccalaureate degree in field of education.
• 2. Holds an Ohio Teacher's Certificate/Licensure.
• 3. Holds a current and valid Ohio educational administrative specialist, or principal certificate/licensure.
• 4. Master's degree or higher in Educational Administration/Leadership.
• 5. Three or more years of successful administrative experience preferred.
• 6. Five or more years as successful classroom teacher.
• 7. Expertise in instructional technology and competency workflow technologies.
• 8. Credentialed in OTES.
• 9. Expertise in Literacy and Mathematics.
• 10. Experience in raising student test scores utilizing target teaching and learning strategies.
• 11. Knowledge of common software applications.
• 12. Solid knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
• 13. Proficient use of database applications.
• 14. Technophile.
• 15. Acceptable BCII report and FBI report.
• 16. Ability to meet all job expectations and objectives.
