POSITION
SUMMARY:
High-quality administrative support forthe Abilities First program areas with a directed focus on key areas of need.
Current Areas of Need:
This position will provide administrative program support, as well asdatacollection and management.
Providesdetail-oriented and customer-focusedqualitytherapyscheduling services ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients/patientsalong withutilizationtrackingfor Therapists.
Work with the Program Leaders to offer administrative support, projectmanagementand customer servicein any way necessary including but not limited to(Additional duties as assigned):
Pediatric Therapy:Administrative Support where needed.
ECLCchildren and families to Therapy forout-patient services.
ALCleadership team to provide Administrative Support where needed.
ALCchildren and families to Therapy for out-patient services.
- Associates degree (Minimum), Bachelors preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work with diverse people
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of agency programs and systems
- Ability to use software programs, medical technology,database and develop new systems as the need arises.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Fluency in other languages is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience inworking with teams and multiple programs.
- Committed to the concepts of continuous improvement.
- Data collection
- 1 year scheduling experience
- Database management
- Experience with Preschool and elementary school aged children
