Security Officer - Flex Industrial Site

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control processes, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Screen and process visitor check-in and check-out, issue temporary credentials as directed, verify identification and/or authorization, and notify site contacts of arrivals.;
Monitor lobby activity, entrances, and security-related systems as assigned, documenting observations and reporting irregularities according to post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical events, alarms, and disruptive behavior, and escalate to appropriate on-site personnel and/or emergency services as needed.;
Complete required reports, logs, and dispatch communications, and support shift turnover by sharing key updates with Allied Universal leadership and incoming personnel.
