• Position: Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (PCU RN / Telemetry RN / Medical-Surgical RN)
• Location: Middle Township, NJ 08210 (Cape May County, near the Jersey Shore)
• Setting: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST)
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend required
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: March 24, 2026

• Hourly Pay Rate: $85.56/hour
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,070 - $2,180/week

• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience as an RN in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
• Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
• Flu vaccination required
• Submission of all required documents as a single "Submission Profile" (cover letter, resume, skills checklist, references, license verification)

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to progressive care unit patients and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac telemetry, assess patient conditions, and document responses to treatment in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, case managers, therapists) to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform clinical interventions according to established protocols
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, care plans, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality/safety initiatives
