Chief Night Facilities Worker - Stipend Only
Position Available at Middletown High School South
Term: 2/1/2026 - 6/30/2026
- Middletown High School South @ $10,000.00
Salary: $10,000.00 (Stipend). Pending negotiations may adjust salary.
Qualifications:
- Must be a current MTPS Facilities Worker
- High School Diploma or a minimum of three years' facilities/custodial-type experience
- Black Seal License required
- Able to lead a group or work independently
- Cooperative attitude with school personnel
- Neat appearance
- Must have valid New Jersey State Drivers License
- Able to delegate tasks and follow instructions
- Able to use basic Office Suite programs and Google Apps effectively
- Other alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Reports To: Director of Facilities or Designee
Terms of Employment:
- 12-month year
- Salary and benefits pursuant to the Teamsters Local 11 Collective Bargaining Agreement; for summary of salary and benefits
