• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in their home setting.
• Implement personalized treatment plans with creativity and compassion.
• Accurately collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA and maintain positive relationships with families.
• Use our clinician-friendly digital platform for streamlined scheduling and notes.

• A Bachelor s degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field OR significant equivalent hands-on experience (para educator, childcare professional, teacher s aide, etc.).
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting neurodiverse individuals.
• Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel to client homes within our Monmouth County service area.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor.
• Previous experience in ABA, special education, or mental health is a major plus and will be reflected in your starting rate.
