At Monmouth Behavioral Therapy Group, we provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. If you’re a new BCBA, we also offer comprehensive training and mentorship to help you grow into the role. In this position, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own caseload and design treatment plans that create meaningful change for our clients.

Position Overview

As a Full-Time BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervising our team of behavior technicians. You’ll have the autonomy to create a schedule that works for you while managing the cases we assign, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality services to the individuals we serve. Whether you’re a seasoned BCBA or a recent certification holder, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to each client.
  • Provide supervision, training, and guidance to behavior technicians.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and services provided.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or in the process of obtaining).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA is preferred, but we are open to training new BCBAs.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
