About the RolePriority Group Services, a leading New Jersey homecare provider, is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to assist patients with daily living activities and promote their well‑being in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help patients with ambulation and transfers, ensuring their safety and mobility.
- Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and caring environment.
- Document patient care accurately and completely.
- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Has a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role.
- Possesses a valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
- Exhibits strong compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
- Shows patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Follows instructions and adheres to safety protocols.

Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA)

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
