About the Role: As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations. Your experience in inventory management, purchasing, and coordination will enable you to ensure seamless operations, maintain optimal stock levels, and source quality materials.

• Create and process purchase orders, as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm details and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.
• Assist in preparing purchasing reports for management.
• Provide insights to management on cost-saving opportunities, inventory optimization, and supply chain performance.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in purchasing or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control methodologies, and purchasing strategies.
• Experience in using inventory management software, purchasing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
