The Arbor Company’s Staffing Coordinator manages the schedules and recruiting of the care department staff. The Staffing Coordinator will respond to calls received after 6pm and on weekends to ensure scheduling concerns are addressed for staff.
Responsibilities- Ensure our team has the appropriate number of teammates for each work shift through effective scheduling and coordination.
- Promote empathy and understanding among team members.
- Negotiate and manage scheduling to fill open slots and keep the calendar up to date.
- Manage leave of staff and timekeeping at work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in managing or using electronic staff scheduling systems (not patient scheduling).
- Previous experience with staff scheduling is REQUIRED.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- This will be an on-site position at the community.
- Great responsiveness and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to be on call after work hours.
