We are looking for an experienced consultant to lead SAP EAM and IM implementations in utilities and other asset‑intensive industries.

• Deliver end‑to‑end SAP EAM/IM solutions for utilities (Electric, Gas, Water) and similar sectors.
• Configure and design SAP for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, outage management, field service, and materials logistics.
• Support S/4
  
  HANA EAM/IM functionality, including Fiori apps, embedded analytics, and new maintenance planning capabilities.
• Integrate with GIS (Esri), AMI systems, Mobile Work Management, Procurement, and Finance modules.
• Translate operational and field requirements into SAP configurations and functional designs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot work order, asset, and inventory issues.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate with field crews, planners, warehouse staff, and leadership.
• Participate in large‑scale utility transformation programs, applying Agile or hybrid delivery models in multi‑vendor environments.

• Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP EAM and IM in utilities or other asset‑intensive industries.
• Strong understanding of utility‑specific processes such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, outage management, field service, and materials logistics.
• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA EAM/IM, Fiori, embedded analytics, and maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of GIS, AMI, Mobile Work Management, Procurement, and Finance integration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in large‑scale transformation programs using Agile or hybrid delivery.
