As a Sales Consultant for our Digital Practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth and success of our company.

You will be responsible for developing opportunities, winning new customers, and driving sales efforts within the Digital Practice. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead customer workshops that identify strategic requirements and build proposals that help our customers meet their digital goals.

You will build excellent relationships with customers and sales prospects that generate projects for digital and other practices within Delaware.

What will you be doing?

Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients and market segments to drive business growth.
  • Communicate entry point products into prospects to launch sales cycles.
  • Ensure all marketing leads are called and qualified in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital technology landscape and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to set sales strategies and objectives aligned with company goals.
Customer Acquisition:
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
  • Written responses to RFPs and Tenders as required.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
Leadership:
  • Develop and execute strategies to position our Digital Practice as a trusted advisor and industry leader.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content and represent the company at industry events.
Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Digital Practice.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline and revenue projections accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, technical experts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the Digital Practice.
Is there a match ?
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within a digital consultancy or technology services company.
  • Strong understanding of digital technology solutions, including websites, ecommerce, portals, PIM, DAM, and CRM systems.
  • Good leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
