Job Overview – Accounts Receivable Manager
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000/year + bonus

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (In-office)
Atlantic Group is hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager in New Castle County, DE for our client, leading regional AR operations, billing oversight, and collections strategy across a multi-site environment. In this on‑site role, you will manage end‑to‑end receivables processes, monitor revenue and cash flow performance, and drive process standardization while leveraging Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and advanced Excel reporting to improve accuracy, DSO performance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilitiesas the Accounts Receivable Manager
- AR Operations & Billing Oversight: Lead the full accounts receivable and billing cycle, ensuring consistent processes, controls, and policy alignment.
- Collections & Credit Management: Oversee collections strategy, manage credit reviews, and reduce aging balances and DSO.
- Revenue & Reconciliations: Monitor unbilled revenue, validate invoices, and ensure AR balances are accurate and audit‑ready.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Prepare AR reporting including aging, collections, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
- Team Leadership & Improvement: Manage AR staff and drive process improvements and system efficiencies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Experience: 6+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or revenue operations experience, with at least 3 years of team leadership in a multi‑site environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of revenue recognition, billing controls, credit management, and collections best practices.

Skills:
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or similar ERP systems) required. - Operational Expertise: Demonstrated success managing AR teams, improving DSO, and implementing process improvements across multiple locations.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and collaborate across finance and operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.
