Security Officer - Visitor Screener

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and on-site personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Operate screening and access control points by checking identification, issuing and/or collecting badges, and inspecting permitted items such as bags, packages, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures to help to deter unauthorized access.;
Control entry and exit at designated doors, gates, and/or checkpoints by maintaining logs, verifying appointments and/or shipping documents, and directing traffic flow to appropriate staging areas.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and completing required reports.;
Conduct regular and random patrols and/or presence checks around assigned areas such as lobbies, dock approaches, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
