Raytheon - - Responsibilities:
Follow assembly drawings and specifications to prepare parts and build subassemblies, modules and accessories for new gas turbine engines where tooling and process methods are established.;
Assist with engine test operations and perform component and accessory tests as assigned.;
Use overhaul and repair procedures and specifications to perform the mechanical work to overhaul engines, modules and related components.;
Obtain parts, check details for conformance to assembly requirements and fit and measure components to ensure dimensions are within limits.;
Use mechanic's hand tools, holding fixtures, and specialized assembly equipment to build engine sections and install details and maintain equipment and tooling.
