As the Hospital Manager, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital. You will lead, support, and empower your team while ensuring our patients and clients receive outstanding care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing daily hospital operations and staff management
- Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling team members
- Coaching, mentoring, and creating individualized growth and development plans
- Partnering with Area Hospital Managers to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Managing client concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Collaborating with the Area Director to establish and achieve operational and financial goals
$60,000-$75,000 annually based on experience.

Requirements- Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable but not required.
- 3+ years in Customer Service role, preferably in veterinary practice.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Proven experience developing and growing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Standard knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office Programs.
- Must be flexible to meet the needs of the department.
