* What You Will Do:

** The Product Delivery Center is in search of a
** 24K Product Line Associate Director
** The 24K Product Line Associate Director will be responsible for driving and meeting all key metrics related to quality, delivery, and cost reduction and will be accountable for the creation and execution of standard work, leading continuous improvement activities across the line.
* Embrace CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence), our operating system and Lean manufacturing vision and thrive in a team environment with high-performance expectations.
* Provide leadership and direction to the operations team setting both near term, and long term operational objectives focusing on the tactical, but supporting the Product Director in more strategic planning
* Collaborate with support teams (quality, materials, supply chain, process planning) to ensure that customer requirements are met
* Work proactively to address issues and engage the workforce in achieving product line goals
* Ensure full involvement in CORE continuous improvement initiatives; utilize CORE tools to improve production, performance, and reduce scrap, rework, and repair
* Drive quality (effective RRCA), productivity and process flow to meet MRP requirements while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Ability to travel up to 75% to the greater Montreal, Canada area
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Bachelor’s degree with 12 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, program management, quality or closely related industrial environment OR a Master's degree with 10 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, program management, quality or closely related industrial environment
* Understanding of/experience using CORE/LEAN/continuous improvement principles to implement process improvements
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications
* Prior demonstrated leadership, business judgment, innovation, analytical ability, and teaming skills
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Lean/Six Sigma certification
* Prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement strategies
