Position Details:• Schedule options:
• Outpatient only - all ages
• Minimal telephone-only call
• Patient volume: per day
• Epic EMR
• Full support staff at each location
Ideal Candidate:
• BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut
• Strong interest in long-term outpatient care and patient relationships
• Ties to the region or clear interest in relocating to Connecticut
