As a Service Crew Member at Carr Family McDonald's, you'll work in the front counter, drive-thru, and dining areas, ensuring every guest has a friendly, fast, and welcoming experience.

What You'll Do Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently at the front counter and drive-thru. Engage with customers, making them feel valued and appreciated. Prepare and assemble orders quickly, ensuring food quality and accuracy. Keep the restaurant clean and inviting, maintaining a high standard of hygiene. Support your team, stepping in where needed to keep service running smoothly. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and great communication skills.
