Full‑time or Part‑time

$36.00 – $44.00 hourly, based on experience

Monday‑Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

• On‑call rotation occurs every 5th or 6th week, including the weekend.
• The rotation begins Friday at 4:30 PM and continues through the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
• Weekday on‑call hours are 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Weekend coverage is 24/7.
• Employees are eligible for additional incentives.

Within and surrounding areas of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

• RN license in the state of Wisconsin – required
• Current, valid driver’s license – required
• Minimum of 1 year home health experience – preferred
