Material Handler - 1st shift

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to support our production operations. You will be responsible for safe and efficient movement, storage, and in-process goods, and finished foam products. This role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth production flow, ensuring timely delivery of materials to production lines, and supporting inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities:
Load and unload foam blocks, and finished goods within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually.

Supply production lines with the necessary materials to maintain continuous workflow.

Wrap, label, and stage finished goods for shipment or storage.

Perform visual quality inspections of materials and report any damage or discrepancies.

Maintain clean and organized work areas, including material storage zones.

Follow company safety procedures.

Accurately complete material movement records and inventory documentation.

Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories as needed.

Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience as a material handler or warehouse associate in a manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Willingness to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
